Spaghetti Dinner Hosted by PHS Cheer Team on June 4 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
Dinner includes choice of Alfredo or meat sauce and salad, bread, and dessert.

A note from the school nurse:
If your child has a medication at school, it needs to be picked up on, or by, the end of the last day of school, June 5, 2025. NO MEDICATION WILL BE KEPT AT SCHOOL OVER THE SUMMER.
Medication cannot be sent home with the student. A parent or guardian must pick up the medication. Any medication left at school will be discarded on June 5th.
INFORMATION FOR SENIORS AND PARENTS:
- Baccalaureate is tonight, May 20th, at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Bancroft. The service will begin at 6:30.
- The Senior Awards Assembly will take place tomorrow, May 21st at 9:00 AM in the gym. Seniors are to wear their gowns only. Parents/families are invited to attend.
- Senior finals are on Thursday, May 22nd (3rd/4th Blocks) and Friday, May 23rd (1st/2nd Blocks)
- Graduation practice is Thursday, May 29th. All seniors must report to the school no later than 8:30 for senior breakfast. Seniors are required to ride the bus to the Coliseum and Convention Center. The bus will depart at 9:30, stop at Rock Branch Elementary for Senior Clap Out, and arrive at the Coliseum shortly after. When graduation practice concludes, the bus will take seniors to Poca Elementary for Senior Clap Out.
- Graduation will take place on Thursday, May 29th, at 7:00 PM. Seniors are expected to arrive no later than 5:45.

Family Care will offer sports physicals will be May 22nd and 29th on the Family Care bus at PHS. Students may sign up in the main office to get on the list for physicals. Forms must be signed by parent/guardian to be seen on bus. Forms are available in the office or on the PHS website.
Senior Vaccine day will be May 19th. Sign up sheet will be in main office for that as well.
Congratulations to our newest members of the National Honor Society inducted this morning. Our NHS is the most selective of all honor societies and students are chosen based not only on their academics, but also service, leadership, and overall character. We are proud of these outstanding young men and women!
Poca High School's Winter Formal is scheduled for January 4th, 2025, in the PHS Commons from 7:00-10:00. Tickets will be on sale on GoFan only. Outside Guest Forms are available in the front office and are due on December 18th at noon. Guests will be given an access code to purchase tickets on GoFan AFTER the guest form is approved.
